I’m a licensed clinical psychologist based in Santa Monica, offering therapy for adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or the lingering effects of past experiences.

There's no pressure to share everything at once—we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I'll also explain how I work and answer any questions you have about the process.
